Brew Canada Beer Kits are expertly developed by a professional Canadian Brewmaster and patterned after Canada's favourite commercial beers. Made with the finest traditional Canadian brewing ingredients including genuine concentrated brewing worts and fresh varietal hops which produce beers of outstanding quality. Each kit makes 23L.

The Brew House Kits

Designed exclusively for those with a taste for micro-brewed beers, making quality home brewing simple. The result is truly satisfying.

The Brew House Kit produces all-grain craft style beer in the same way as commercial craft breweries. They use 100% malted barley with not additives or malt extracts to bring you the fresh and pure flavour of "true to style" all-grain beer. The grains are carefully cracked and gently steeped to draw out the sweet wort (pronounced wurt). The resulting wort is boiled with the choicest hops and immediately aseptically packaged to preserve its fresh grainy flavours.

With no boiling—just stirring and careful racking—The Brew House will produce great beer with delicious aromas and flavours in only three weeks!

A relative newcomer; lager became common in the 19th century. Now it's the most popular beer around. The Brew House recipe for this favourite is a refreshing, straw-coloured lager with a subtle aroma. This light, easy-drinking beer is ideal with hot dogs, pizza, hamburgers, steaks and salads. Styled in the old-English tradition, Coopers Bitter is made using aromatic hops and more malt than other beers. Darker in colour than lager style beers, its strong refreshing flavour has made it a popular choice among those who appreciate the quality of this ruby coloured traditional bitter beer. Cream ale was originally produced by American brewers in the 1800's. The Brew House version is West Coast, with a darker colour and fuller falvours that will satisfy both ale and lager lovers. Drink the West Coast way with seafood or creamy chicken dishes! Available by: Brew House

A full and flavoursome beer displaying a barley and Tasmanian Hops. When clean crisp taste with a subtile "bitter" flavour. Coopers Draught displays a good head with a fresh bright colour. This style is sometimes better described as a Draught Bitter. Available by: Coopers

India Pale Ale was developed in England to withstand the long journey to India during colonization. This India Pale Ale has a copper/golden colour and medium aroma hops, with a slightly higher starting gravity and hop rates that the regular Pale Ale.
